Key features
Noterro covers scheduling and online booking, multi-location calendars, reminders, SOAP and custom charting with predictive text, intake and consent forms, client portal, card payments (including Square for in-person POS), packages and memberships, and insurance billing via TELUS eClaims (Canada) and Availity, Office Ally and Trizetto (U.S.). HIPAA, security and integrations
Noterro says it follows HIPAA and PIPEDA protocols. Its security page states that data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up across multiple data centers, monitored 24/7, and that clinic data is stored in Canada, while Scribe recordings are processed temporarily in the U.S. and then deleted. Its HIPAA page lists unique user logins, automatic logoff, audit logs and locked finalized notes. Noterro does not publish a SOC 2 report or state BAA terms.
