Practice Fusion is a browser-based electronic health record built for independent medical practices. It was founded in 2005, bought by Allscripts in 2018 and is now sold as a Veradigm Network solution. The vendor says it is used by 30,000 practices and more than 112,000 healthcare professionals.
Best for
- Solo physicians and small primary care or internal medicine groups
- Offices that want e-prescribing, labs and reminders in one subscription
- Practices that may want to add integrated billing software or outsourced billing later
