Who Remedly is best for
Remedly is built for specialty practices where self-pay services, packages and marketing matter as much as insurance claims. Its revenue cycle module sits inside the same system as charting, scheduling, the patient portal and point-of-sale payments, so a practice can run front desk, clinical and billing work in one place. The company was founded in 2014 and is based in San Francisco, according to a Square developer case study.
Best for
- Plastic surgery practices and med spas that mix cosmetic and insurance billing
- Weight loss, mental health and concierge practices with cash-pay services
- Multi-location practices that need room and device scheduling
- Practices that want built-in card payments and marketing tools
Not ideal for
- Primary care or large multi-specialty groups needing deep insurance workflows
- Practices that need ONC-certified EHR reporting for federal programs (not stated by Remedly)

Remedly pricing
Remedly's pricing page says plans start at $90 a month. The final price depends on the plan, features, number of providers and locations, and practice needs. Paying annually adds a 10% discount. Remedly does not publish individual plan names or rates; you request a full pricing guide from sales.
Its FAQ says data migration is free if your data fits Remedly's standard templates (typically demographics, appointments, providers and attachments), while data cleanup is a paid service. Onboarding is either self-guided or led by a customer success manager under Guided Onboarding; the FAQ does not say whether that costs extra. For RCM, pricing differs between Self-Service and Full-Service billing.
