DocVilla is a cloud-based EHR and practice management platform owned by PS3G Inc. It combines charting, scheduling, telehealth, e-prescribing, billing and a patient portal, and is marketed to solo and small practices, cash-based and Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinics, and nurse practitioners.
Best for
- Solo and small practices that want EHR, scheduling, telehealth and billing in one subscription
- Direct Primary Care, med spa, weight loss and functional medicine clinics that need inventory, point of sale and DPC support
- Prescribers who send compounded medications to specialty pharmacies
Not ideal for
- Practices that want short commitments or fully published pricing
- Larger groups that need ONC-certified software for federal quality reporting (DocVilla does not mention ONC certification)
