Innovaccer does not publish Flow pricing; the site offers demos and a free diagnostic instead. Quotes typically depend on the modules licensed, encounter and claim volume, the EHRs connected and whether staffed services are included. No setup fees or contract terms are published.

- Flow Auth: detects which orders need prior authorization as they are entered in the EHR, checks payer rules, assembles payer-ready packets, submits and tracks status, and drafts appeals.
- Flow Capture: reads the signed encounter note, maps it to codes, sends high-confidence encounters to billing and routes the rest to certified coders. Innovaccer says it codes about 80% of encounters without human intervention.
- Flow Collect: a Claims Integrity Agent flags claims at risk before submission, a Denials Management Agent decides whether to correct, resubmit or appeal, an Appeals Agent drafts appeals, and the module identifies underpayments.

Flow's product pages state that Flow is HIPAA compliant, HITRUST certified and SOC 2 Type II certified. Innovaccer's Trust Center also lists ISO 27001, with audit reports available on request. The Trust Center states a 99.9% uptime SLA; BAA terms are not published. Innovaccer names Epic, Cerner, athenahealth and eClinicalWorks as integrations and cites bi-directional integration with 80+ EHRs (the Flow Auth FAQ says 200+), plus payers including Humana, UnitedHealthcare, BCBS, Anthem and Aetna.
