- Premium, $99/month: adds Chart Fill, which places the finished note across the chart, guided note-form setup, visit continuity and notes that learn from your edits
Annual billing is offered alongside monthly billing; the published prices are the monthly rates. There are no setup fees or contracts, and you can cancel any time. Trials run 7 days on monthly plans and 14 days on annual plans; a card is collected but not charged during the trial.

VoiceboxMD states that it is HIPAA compliant across desktop, mobile and web, and that a business associate agreement is provided to every subscriber at no extra cost. The vendor says data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, audio is deleted automatically within 7 days with a deletion record, PHI is protected by role-based access, and patient audio and text are not used to train AI models. It does not publish a SOC 2 or HITRUST report. The app works at the operating-system level rather than through EHR APIs, and the vendor lists major EHRs such as Epic, Oracle Health, athenahealth and eClinicalWorks, plus dental systems such as Dentrix, as compatible.
